The PDF Explorer will only be accessible when the current page is a PDF page.

The upper section of thePDF Explorer holds an outline view of the document in a tree structure, it will appear and behave much like the Adobe reader.  You can expand or contract each node as required.  Clicking on a node will move the document to the selected position.
