Positron Studio Installer

Run the Positron Studio Installer and allow the installation to complete. At the end of the installation you will be given the choice to open the application with a Dark theme or Light theme.

The application will be installed in:

C:\Program Files/Positron Studio or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Positron Studio 

dependant on the operating system installed.

The application's configuration data (Ini file) will be held in 

C:\Program Data\PositronStudio

Additional data files will be held in

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Positron Studio

When starting for the first time the IDE will search for the presence of the Positron Compilers, if they cannot be found a message box will appear asking the user to locate the compilers manually. Initially Positron Studio will adopt a basic set of defaults and display the Welcome Page.  These settings can be adjusted to suit the users preferences from the Tools, Options menu.
