Below is a snapshot of the editor showing some typical Positron Basic code.


When the file has a basic extension (.bas) tabs will appear at the underneath the editor as shown.  If the open page has the extension of .inc these tabs will be hidden unless the page holds fuse information. See Additional Editor Tabs for more detail.

At the bottom of the editor page is a status bar which reports on cursor position, keyboard state and device.  
The will appear alongside the Device if it's visible and if clicked will open a PDF file showing the data or errata sheet for that device.  

The left hand gutter carries the line numbers, Bookmark icons appear in the left side of the gutter and adjacent to the gutter are the Code Folding controls.  Bookmarks can be accessed from the Editor's context menu and the main toolbar.
