Device Data Sheets

Clicking on the will present a popup with a drop-down listing Data Sheets and Errata Sheets for the current device.

Select the file you want and Double Click the entry to open that Data Sheet in the PDF Viewer.  If that file is stored locally on your PC it will open immediately in the PDF Viewer.  If it is not held locally it will be downloaded from the Microchip® document repository. By default the file will be saved but if configured in Tools, Miscellaneous you will have the opportunity to retain that file or discard it after downloading.

Information to download the data is held in a file named PDF Data.zip in the local AppData folder for Positron Studio.  This file will be updated occasionally when new devices supported by the Positron compilers become available.  This tool can be configured from the Options Dialog, Miscellaneous Tab.  The link files held in PDF Data.zip and are identical in format to those used by PDF Now by DaveS.
